Exam Invigilation Costs

  • Hourly Rate Per Student: $45.00 GST Exclusive (normal business hours: 9am – 5pm). This includes room hire unless a dedicated room is required.
  • Dedicated Room per Session: $125.00 GST Exclusive (for universities requiring a separate room for their students).
  • Administration Fee: $66.00 plus GST per exam semester/trimester.
  • Postage Fees: Charged at cost unless the parent university provides reply-paid envelopes.

Note: Full charges will apply for students who do not attend unless PKUC is notified by the student or university (via email) 48 hours prior to the exam.

Exam Schedule

  • AM Sessions: Starting at 8.30am
  • PM Sessions: Starting at 1.30pm

PKUC is unable to accommodate extra session times except in exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Parent University: It is the responsibility of the parent university to advise students of the designated exam session times and the need to confirm their attendance with PKUC.
  • Student Confirmation: Confirmation of attendance is preferred by email to the relevant centre.
  • Invoicing: Invoices will be raised to the parent university unless alternate instructions are supplied at the time of confirmation of the examination booking.
  • Special Conditions: Please notify PKUC if you require special conditions, such as accommodations for students with disabilities.
