Our Purpose: We build the skills and capabilities that support the future of the Pilbara and Kimberley and strengthen the communities we serve.

Pilbara Kimberley University Centres (PKUC) is a not-for-profit organisation creating accessible education pathways for regional students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional development study.

PKUC serves as the connection between the Pilbara and Kimberley regions and higher education. With the nearest university to the Pilbara approximately 1,600km away, we bring study opportunities closer to home. Through dedicated facilities, local support services and strong university partnerships, we enable residents of all ages and backgrounds to access higher education without the need to relocate.

Our relationships with local governments, business, industry, and educational partners help us deliver immersive and innovative education programs that produce graduates who enrich, power, and sustain the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.
